Idle Speed/Throttle Actuator - Electronic: Testing and Inspection
ISC Solenoid Valve Inspection:
1. Remove valve if necessary.
2. Measure resistance across valve terminals.
10.7 - 12.3 ohms @ 68°F (20°C)
3. If not as specified, replace valve.
