1. Disconnect vacuum hose between No. 1 water thermo valve and three-way solenoid valve at thermo valve.
2. Disconnect other vacuum hose from No. 2 three-way solenoid valve.
3. Disconnect No. 2 three.-way solenoid valve electrical connector.
4. Blow air through vacuum line still connected to valve and ensure air flows out open port
5. Apply battery voltage to electrical connector.
6. Blow air into open port of valve and ensure air flows from air filter of valve.
7. If test results are unsatisfactory, replace valve.
