Manual Shift Linkage Adjust

1. Attach cable (1), to top of steering column lock lever by routing cable through retaining bracket and seating cable retaining clip firmly in place.

2. Place cable connector firmly over pin on steering column lock lever.

3. Place lock lever in locked position and move shifter assembly park lever to Park position.

4. Apply rearward tension to shift lever (3) to hold it against park stop.

5. Pull adjusting key (5) up on cable and install cable to park lock lever pin on shifter. Secure cable with retainer (2). Secure retainer in slot in bracket portion of shifter assembly, then push adjusting key down to lock in place.
