Heater Core: Service and Repair

Tool required: J37097 Mubea Hose Clamp Tool.

Remove or Disconnect

1. Drain engine cooling system.
2. Heater core inlet/outlet hoses using J37097
3. Right sound insulator.
4. Glove box module.
5. Programmer shield.
6. Air mix valve link.
7. Programmer vacuum and electrical connectors.
8. Heater core retaining screws and heater core.

Install or Connect

Reverse procedure to install.

Adjust

Air mix valve, please refer to Heating and Air Conditioning/ Adjustments
